Terms of Service

xRaffle provides tools to fetch public engagement on X (Twitter) posts, filter that engagement, draw a winner, and publish a public verification page. Features and limits can change as the product evolves.

• You must be at least 16 years old to create an account.
• You are responsible for the security of your account and for everything done through it.
• You will provide accurate information and keep it up to date.

You agree not to:

• Break laws or infringe rights of others while using xRaffle.
• Run raffles that are illegal in your or your entrants' jurisdictions.
• Attempt to reverse engineer, scrape, or overload the service.
• Impersonate others or manipulate audit results.
• Use xRaffle in a way that violates X Corp.'s Developer Terms or Rules.

You keep ownership of the content you submit (post URLs, prize descriptions, tweet templates). You grant us the limited license needed to display it on public audit pages you publish and to operate the service.

• Premium costs $5 per month or $50 per year, billed in advance.
• Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled.
• You can cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the current billing period.
• Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable.

xRaffle depends on the X (Twitter) API and other third-party services. Their availability and terms are outside our control. We are an independent third-party service and are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by X Corp. "Twitter" and "X" are trademarks of X Corp.

The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, xRaffle is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, and total liability is capped at the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

We may suspend or close accounts that violate these terms or put the service at risk. You can close your account at any time. Some provisions (billing, liability, disclaimers) survive termination.
